All of our work includes the following furniture features:

• Easy, wipe clean surfaces and materials for infection control.

• Useful add-on options such as cup holders, slideable tables and removable lumbar support pads.

• Interchangeable modular chair/settee sections so if one part is damaged, only one piece has to be repaired (not the whole chair)

• Contrasting colours so that chair seats and arms are clearly visible, with large easy-to-use handles which are functionally obvious.

• Viewing panels so that items within can be seen to help with visual and cognitive impairment.

• Waterproof, scratch-proof fabrics with non-pick stitching and seaming

• Fully sealed, one unit chairs to assist with bacteria control.

• Memory foam seating with anti-pressure sore fabrics.

• Weighted furniture with brake mechanisms, to enable easy movement and stabilisation of furniture when needed.

• Wide selection of fabrics and finishes, in a range of colour options, so items can be truly personalised for service users.

• Choice of chair heights and seat width/depth so every service users need can be catered for.

The majority of Den Care’s furniture is manufactured on-site at New Victoria Mills which boasts an 8000 sq ft manufacturing floor. With an expert team of designers and a strong team of highly skilled upholsterers, no project is too big or too small for Den Care, and all items can be completely customised to suit a user's needs.
